Abstract:Objective To detect the levels of serum transient receptor potential channel 1(TRPC1)andmitochondrial coupling factor-6(CF6),and discuss the relationship among TRPC1,CF6 and prognosis in patients with acute myocardial infarction(AMI).Methods AMI patients(research group,n=176)were chosen from People's Hospital of Daxing District from Jan.2022 to Jan.2023,and divided into good prognosis group(n=119)and poor prognosis group(n=57).At the same time, the healthy controls(n=176)with physical examinations were chosen into control group. The levels of serum TRPC1 and CF6 were detected by using ELISA.The influence factors for prognosis, and efficacy of TRPC1 and CF6 levels in reviewing poor prognosis were analyzed by using Logistic regression model and ROC curve in AMI patients. Results The levels of serum TRPC1 and CF6 were significantly higher in research group than those in control group(P<0.05).The percentage of Killip grade≥Ⅲ,TRPC1 and CF6 levels, brain natriuretic peptide(BNP),left ventricular end-diastolic diameter(LVEDD)were significantly higher, and left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF)was significantly lower in poor prognosis group than those in good prognosis group(P<0.05).The increases of TRPC1 and CF6 levels and Killip grade≥Ⅲ were risk factors, and increase of LVEF was a protective factor for poor prognosis in AMI patients(P<0.05).In predicting poor prognosis,AUC of TRPC1 was 0.806 and AUC of CF6 was 0.823,and AUC of TRPC1 combined with CF6 was 0.906(Zcombination-TRPC1=2.822,Zcombination-CF6=3.281,P=0.005,P=0.001).Conclusion The levels of serum TRPC1 and CF6 increase in AMI patients, which are potential factors for poor prognosis. The combination of TRPC1 and CF6 shows higher efficacy in predicting prognosis in AMI patients.
