Influence of comprehensive treatment of cardiac rehabilitation on clinical prognosis in patients after percutaneous coronary intervention

Abstract：Objective To analyze the influence of comprehensive treatment of cardiac rehabilitation (CR) on clinical prognosis in patients with coronary heart disease (CHD) after percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI).Methods CHD patients undergone PCI (n=102) were chosen from Department of Cardiology in the Seventh Medical Center of Chinese PLA General Hospital from Jan.2021 to Dec.2022.All patients were divided,according to random digital table,into control group and observation group (n=51).The control group was given intervention of routine comprehensive treatment,and observation group was given intervention of CR comprehensive treatment.The changes of heart function and heart function;quality of life (QOL) were compared between 2 groups.Results Before intervention,the differences in left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF),left ventricular end-diastolic diameter (LVEDD) and left ventricular posterior wall thickness (LVPWT) had no statistical significance between 2 groups (P＞0.05).After intervention,the differences in LVEF,LVEDD and LVPWT had statistical significance between 2 groups (P＜0.05).The differences in scores of physiological function,psychological function and social ability had no statistical significance (P＞0.05) between 2 groups before intervention,and the differences had statistical significance (P＜0.05) between 2 groups after intervention.Conclusion LVEF is promoted,LVEDD and LVPWT are reduced,and heart function is improved in CHD patients undergone PCI after CR comprehensive treatment.At the same time,scores of physiological function,psychological function and social ability are raised,and QOL is significantly improved.
