Abstract:Objective To explore the diagnostic value of color Doppler ultrasound for aortic dissection aneurysm(ADA)by meta-analysis.Methods Systematically searched CNKI,Wanfang Data,VIP Database,Chinese Biomedical Literature Database,PubMed,Web of Science,EMbase, the Cochrane Library and other databases, the retrieval time was set from the establishment of the database to November 2023,and collected diagnostic studies of color Doppler ultrasound for ADA.The quality of the studies was assessed according to the Quality Assessment of Diagnostic Accuracy Studies-2(QUADAS-2)scale,and the diagnostic odds ratio(OR)and 95%confidence interval(CI)were calculated using Stata 17.0 and RevMan 5.4 software. Results A total of 13 domestic and foreign studies involving 419 subjects were included in this study. The fixed-effect model combined results showed that the diagnostic compliance rate of color Doppler ultrasound for ADA was higher than that of CT examination(OR=3.38,95%CI:2.14~5.34,P<0.01),and there was no significant difference with MRI(OR=1.24,95%CI:0.33~4.66,P=0.75).Sensitivity analysis suggested that the conclusion of this meta-analysis was robust and reliable, and Egger's test did not find the risk of potential publication bias(=0.97,P=0.48).Conclusion Color Doppler ultrasound has a certain application value in the clinical diagnosis of ADA,and this conclusion still needs to be further verified.
