Abstract:Objective To discuss the application effect of standardized first-aid procedure of emergency extracorporeal cardiopulmonary resuscitation(ECPR)in treatment of patients with cardiopulmonary arrest. Methods The patients with cardiopulmonary arrest(n=68)were chosen from Emergency Room in the First Affiliated Hospital of Nanjing Medical University from Jan.2021 to Dec.2022,and divided into observation group and control group(each n=34)according to random digital table. The control group was intervened with routine ECPR procedure, and observation group was intervened with standardized first-aid procedure of emergency ECPR.The first-aid efficiency and effect on ECPR,adverse nursing events and degree of satisfaction to first-aid in family members were observed in 2 groups. Results The time-consuming of ECPR team's arrival, nurses'preparation and ECPR computer operation were shorter in observation group than those in control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in autonomic circulation recovery between 2 groups(P>0.05),and time of autonomic circulation recovery was shorter in observation group than that in control group(P<0.05).The total incidence rates of adverse nursing events were lower in observation group than those in control group(P<0.05).The degree of satisfaction to first-aid in family members was significantly higher in in observation group than those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The standardized first-aid procedure of emergency ECPR can improve the first-aid efficacy and autonomic circulation recovery, reduce adverse nursing events, and promote degree of satisfaction to first-aid in family members.
