Abstract:Objective To explore the correlation between systemic immune-inflammatory index(SII),platelet-to-lymphocyte ratio(PLR),and monocyte-to-lymphocyte ratio(MLR)and the risk of major adverse cardiovascular events in acute coronary syndrome after percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI).Methods A retrospective analysis was performed on 87 patients with acute coronary syndrome who underwent PCI in the Department of Critical Care Medicine of Chinese Medicine Hospital of Puyang from January 2021 to January 2022.The levels of platelet, neutrophil, lymphocyte and monocyte were detected on the next day after admission, and the levels of SII,PLR and MLR were calculated. The patients were followed up for 12 months.21 patients with adverse cardiovascular events were enrolled in the poor prognosis group, and 66 patients without adverse cardiovascular events were included in the good prognosis group. The clinical data of the two groups were compared, and the predictive value of SII,PLR and MLR on prognosis of patients was evaluated. Results The incidence rate of adverse cardiovascular events after PCI in 87 patients with acute coronary syndrome was 24.14%.Creatine kinase isoenzyme(CK-MB),B-type natriuretic peptide(BNP),platelet count, neutrophil count, and monocyte count in the poor prognosis group were higher than those in the good prognosis group, while lymphocyte count was lower than that in the good prognosis group(P<0.05).SII,PLR,and MLR were higher in the poor prognosis group than in the good prognosis group(P<0.05).High SII,PLR and MLR were independent risk factors of adverse cardiovascular events in patients with acute coronary syndrome after PCI(P<0.05).The value of SII on predicting adverse cardiovascular events after PCI in patients with acute coronary syndrome was the highest. When the Youden index was the largest, the area under the curve(AUC),corresponding critical value, sensitivity and specificity were 0.732,618.83(x 109/L),71.43%and 72.73%respectively.Conclusion SII,PLR and MLR have good predictive value on major adverse cardiovascular events in patients with acute coronary syndrome after PCI,and provide certain guidance for the clinical treatment of patients.
