Abstract:Objective To discuss the correlation between the index oftriglyceride-glucose(TyG)and coronary slow flow(CSF)in young patients. Methods The young patients with CSF diagnosed by coronary angiography(CAG,n=86,aged 18 ≤ age ≤ 44)were chosen into CSF group from Department of Cardiology in the 305th Hospital of Chinese PLA General Hospital from Jan.2017 to Jan.2019.At the same time the young patients without organic coronary stenosis and CSF(n=84)were chosen into control group(NCSF group). The clinical materials, medical history, laboratory data and CAG results were collected, and TyG index was calculated and compared in 2 groups. The risk factors for CSF occurrence in young patients were determined by using multi-factor Logistic regression analysis. The correlationbetweencorrected TIMI frame counts(CTFC)and TyG index was analyzed by using Pearson method. Results The level of body mass index(BMI),proportion of hypertension, total cholesterol level and TyG index were higher in CSF group than those in NCSF group(P<0.05).The results of Logistic multi-factor Logistic regression analysis showed that TyG index was an independent risk factor for CSF occurrence in young patients(OR=1.984,95%CI:1.044-3.012,P<0.05).The results of Pearson analysis showed that CTFC was positively correlated to TyG index(r=0.496,P<0.05).Conclusion TyG index is an independent risk factor for CSF occurrence in young patients, and increased TyG index can improve CSF occurrence and development.
