Abstract:Objective To discuss the application effect of key link intervention guided by theory of Teoriya Resheniya Izobreatatelskikh Zadatch(TRIZ)in patients with coronary heart disease(CHD)during perioperative period of percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI).Methods CHD patients(n=66)were chosen into control group given routine perioperative intervention from Mar.2021 to July 2023,and other CHD patients(n=66)were chosen into observation group given key link intervention guided by TRIZ theory from Aug.2023 to Mar.2024 from Beijing Tiantan Hospital affiliated to Capital Medical University. All patients were intervened till discharge. The indexes of perioperative nursing quality, postoperative complications,self-management behaviors and degree of satisfaction to nursing service were compared between 2 groups. Results The compliance rates of nursing measures implementation, disease assessment and health education were higher in observation group than those in control group(P<0.05).The scores of self-management behaviors at all dimensions were higher, incidence of postoperative wound swelling and numbness were lower, and degree of satisfaction to nursing service was higher in observation group than those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The key link intervention guided by TRIZ theory can effectively improve professional ability of nursing staffs, promote overall nursing quality and patients'self-management behaviors, and further reduce the risk of postoperative complications.
