Abstract:Objective To investigate the influence factors of coronary artery functional ischemia through reviewing fractional flow reserve(caFFR)based on coronary angiography(CAG),and analyze the diagnostic value of these factors to functional ischemia. Methods The patients undergone CAG and caFFR examination were chosen from Department of Cardiovascular Medicine in the Second Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University from Oct.2022 to May 2023.All patients were divided into functional ischemia group(caFFR<0.80)and non-functional ischemia group(caFFR ≥0.80).The clinical data were compared between 2 groups, and influence factors of functional ischemia were studied by using Logistic regression analysis. The predictive value of combined influence factors to functional ischemia was reviewed by using ROC curve analysis. Results The differences in number of diseases coronary vessels, red blood cell distribution width(RDW),QT interval,high-density lipoprotein-cholesterol(HDL-C)and platelet distribution width(PDW)had statistical significance(P<0.05).The results of single-factor and multi-factor Logistic regression analyses showed that number of diseases coronary vessels(OR=2.792,95%CI:1.417~5.502,P=0.003),RDW(OR=2.673,95%CI:1.202~5.942,P=0.016),and QT interval(OR=1.016,95%CI:1.001~1.032,P=0.038)were independent risk factors of coronary artery functional ischemia. The results of ROC curve analysis showed that combined influence factors had some predictive value to coronary artery functional ischemia(AUC=0.856,95%CI:0.788-0.924,P<0.001),and the value of combined influence factors were higher than that of single influence factor. Conclusion The independent risk factors of coronary artery functional ischemia include number of diseases coronary vessels,RDW and QT interval. The combined these 3 factors have higher predictive value to functional ischemia and certain guiding significance for revascularization.
