Abstract:Objective To discuss the influence of chest pain center construction on therapeutic efficacy and prognosis in patients with acute myocardial infarction(AMI).Methods AMI patients(n=57)were chosen into control group before chest pain center construction from People's Hospital of Lu`an City of Anhui Province from Dec.2018 to Nov.2019,and AMI patients(n=54)were chosen into observation group after chest pain center construction from Dec.2019 to Nov.2020.The therapeutic efficacy and prognosis were compared between 2 groups. Results The time of symptom onset-to-first medical contact time(S-to-FMC),FMC to balloon dilatation(FMC-to-B),door to balloon dilatation(D-to-B),total ischemia time(Tit),FMC to first electrocardiogram(FMC-to-EKG)and hospital stay were significantly shorter in observation group than those in control group. The compliance rates of FMC-to-B,D-to-B and FMC-to-EKG(94.44%,94.44%,98.15%)were significantly higher in observation group(94.44%,94.44%,98.15%)than those in control group(73.68%,75.44%,77.19%,P<0.05).The concentration ofcardiac troponin Ⅰ(cTnⅠ)was significantly lower in observation group than that in control group on the 1st d,3nd d and 1 week after the operation(P<0.05).After followed up for 6 months, the incidence of adverse cardiovascular events was significantly lower in observation group(3.70%)than that in control group(15.79%,P<0.05).Conclusion The construction of chest pain center can improve the therapeutic efficacy and reduce the risk of adverse cardiovascular events in AMI patients.
