Abstract:Objective To discuss the influence of expressions of serum brain natriuretic peptide(BNP)and C-reactive protein(CRP)and their influence on prognosis in patients with acute myocardial infarction(AMI)after percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI).Methods AMI patients(n=100)were chosen into observation group and at the same time the controls with healthy examinations(n=100)were chosen into control group from Heart Rehabilitation Center in Beijing Rehabilitation Hospital affiliated to Capital Medical University from Jan.1,2020 to Jan.1,2023.The levels of BNP and CRP were compared between 2 groups, and were compared in patients with different prognosis in observation group. The correlation among BNP,CRP and prognosis was analyzed by using Pearson correlation analysis in AMI patients after PCI.Results The levels of BNP and CRP were significantly higher in observation group than those in control group(P<0.05).The levels of BNP and CRP were significantly higher in patients with poor prognosis that those in patients with good prognosis(P<0.05).The results of Pearson correlation analysis showed that levels of BNP and CRP were positively correlated to prognosis in AMI patients after PCI(P<0.05).Conclusion The expressions of BNP and CRP are closely correlated to prognosis in AMI patients after PCI.
