Application of Wuqinxi combined with Phase Ⅱ cardiac rehabilitation in patients with coronary heart disease after PCI

Abstract：Objective To explore the application value of Wuqinxi combined with phase Ⅱ cardiac rehabilitation in the postoperative intervention of patients with coronary heart disease after percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI).Methods A total of 144 patients with coronary heart disease who underwent PCI in the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangxi University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from July 2021 to July 2022 were selected,they were divided into a control group and a combined group according to the method of random number table,with 72 cases in each group.Patients in the control group received phase Ⅱ cardiac rehabilitation intervention,while patients in the combined group received phase Ⅱ cardiac rehabilitation intervention combined with Wuqinxi.The changes in cardiac function in both groups were detected.The psychological emotion,self-care ability,and quality of life of the two groups of patients were compared before and after intervention for one month and three months.The compliance rate of cardiac rehabilitation,the incidence of cardiovascular events,and the satisfaction rate of family members were compared between the two groups.Results There was no significant difference in gender,age,body mass index,cardiac function classification,proportion of hypertension,and proportion of diabetes between the two groups(P>0.05).After 1 month and 3 months of intervention,the 6-minute walking distance(6MWD)and left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF)levels in the combined group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After one month and three months of intervention,the scores of self-rating depression scale(SDS)and self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)in the combined group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After one month and three months of intervention,the scores of the exercise of self-care agency(ESCA)scale and short-form 36-item health survey questionnaire(SF-36)in the combined group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The compliance rate of cardiac rehabilitation and the satisfaction rate of family members in the combined group were higher than those in the control group,and the incidence of cardiovascular events was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Intervention with Wuqinxi combined with phase Ⅱ cardiac rehabilitation in patients with coronary heart disease after PCI is ideal for the recovery of cardiac function and is more conducive to the rehabilitation of patients.
