Abstract:Objective To analyze the hotspots and frontiers of coronary in-stent restenosis(ISR)at home and abroad. Methods The research papers related to ISR published in CNKI and Web of Science for resent 20 y were visually analyzed with keywords of country, institution, author and high-frequency keywords by using CiteSpace software. Results There were totally 2940 Chinese literatures and 9611 English literatures included. The publishing institutions of Chinese literatures were mainly the departments of cardiology in hospitals, and there was an evacuated cooperation among these hospitals. The United States had the largest volume of articles published, and had the strongest cooperative willingness with other countries, especially with a most closely cooperation with Germany. The results of analysis on Chinese literatures showed that coronary heart disease(CHD),stent implantation, interventional therapy, restenosis rate, risk factors, diabetic patients, antiplatelet therapy and drug-coated stents were the research hotspots in this field. The results of analysis on English literatures showed that the hot topics included drug-eluting stents,PCI,CHD,smooth muscle cells, optical coherence tomography(OCT),in-stent thrombosis, intravascular ultrasound(IVUS),bare metal stents, diabetes and acute myocardial infarction(AMI).Conclusion The focus on ISR is different in domestic and foreign researchers. The related researches are mainly clinical application and risk factor investigation in China, and foreign countries pay more attention to the clinical diagnosis and treatment of ISR,guiding strategy of intracavitary imaging to ISR and basic studies on mechanism behind ISR.
