Summary of Clinical Characteristics of Patients with Cardiogenic Chest Pain

Abstract：Objective To summarize the clinical characteristics of patients with cardiogenic chest pain and deepen clinical understanding of these diseases.Methods Patients with cardiogenic chest pain treated in the Emergency chest pain Center of the Affiliated Hospital of Jining Medical University of Shandong Province from January 2021 to December 2021 were selected as the object of the study.The sex,age,mode of coming to the hospital,time of onset,past history,complications,clinical manifestations,diagnosis and outcome of the patients were summarized.Results A total of 3107 patients with cardiogenic chest pain were included.The incidence rate of men was more than that of women,with a male-to-female ratio of 1.54:1.The age group with the highest incidence rate is 65～74 years old.Up to 84.84%of the patients with cardiogenic chest pain came to the hospital on their own,the onset time was usually in winter,and the incidence was the highest in the early morning,morning and evening.According to the diagnosis,there were 1099 cases(35.37%)of acute myocardial infarction(AMI),1573 cases(50.63%)of unstable angina(UA),and 435 cases(14.00%)of cardiogenic chest pain in non-acute coronary syndrome(ACS).Most of the patients with AMI had persistent chest pain,while the patients with UA and non-ACS cardiogenic chest pain had intermittent chest pain.The concomitant symptoms and past history/complications of different types of patients were different,and the highest proportion of all patients was coronary heart disease.The in-hospital mortality rate of patients with cardiogenic chest pain was 1.71%.The highest mortality was in patients with AMI,and the cause of death was cardiac death.Conclusions Patients with cardiogenic chest pain have a certain incidence regularity,the clinical characteristics of different types of patients were different,and AMI patients had the highest mortality rate.
