Abstract:Objective To discuss the Logistic regression analysis in patients with hypertension complicated by hyperuricemia. Methods The patients with hypertension(n=236)were chosen from Central Hospital of Handan City from Jan.2020 to Jan.2022,and divided, according hyperuricemia occurrence, into hyperuricemia group(n=52)and control group(n=184).The clinical materials were collected and risk factors for hyperuricemia occurrence were analyzed in 2 groups. Results Among 236 hypertensive patients, there were 52 cases(22.03%)complicated by hyperuricemia, including 31 male cases(59.62%)and 21 female cases(40.38%).The results of single-factor analysis showed that the differences in gender, smoking, diabetes, systolic blood pressure(SBP),diastolic blood pressure(DBP),total cholesterol(TC)and low-density lipoprotein-cholesterol(LDL-C)had no statistical significance(P>0.05),and age, education background, obesity, drinking, triglyceride(TG)and high-density lipoprotein-cholesterol(HDL-C)had statistical significance(P<0.05)between 2 groups. The results of multi-factor non-conditional Logistic regression analysis showed that age, education background, obesity, drinking,TG and HDL-C were independent risk factors for hyperuricemia occurrence(P<0.05).Conclusion Age,education background, obesity, drinking,TG and HDL-C are independent risk factors for hyperuricemia occurrence in hypertensive patients, which should be intervened actively in clinical practice.
