Abstract:Objective To study the clinical efficacy of anticoagulation therapy in patients with atrial fibrillation(AF).Methods AF patients(n=120)were chosen from Department of Cardiology in the Seventh Medical Center of Chinese PLA General Hospital from Feb.2020 to Feb.2022.All patients were divided, according to computerized blind selection method, into control group and observation group(each n=60).The control group was treated with aspirin, and observation group was treated with warfarin anticoagulation therapy. The incidence of adverse events, indexes of heart function and incidence of complications were compared and analyzed between 2 groups. Results After the treatment, the differences in incidence of adverse events, indexes of heart function and incidence of complications had statistical significance between 2 groups(P<0.05).Conclusion The incidence of adverse events and incidence of complications are effectively reduced, and indexes of heart function are improved in AF patients intervened with anticoagulation therapy, which has excellent clinical efficacy and is worthy of promotion and application.
