Abstract:Objective To follow up the patients with coronary heart disease(CHD)and late in-stent restenosis(ISR),analyze the incidence rates of adverse events during follow-up period, discuss the clinical features in patients with adverse events, and analyze further the clinical risk factors affecting the prognosis in patients with late ISR.Methods The patients hospitalized due to CHD and with angiographically confirmed late ISR(n=185)were chosen from Department of Cardiology in the Fourth Medical Center of Chinese PLA General Hospital from June 2015 to June 2020,and they were followed up for a long time. All patients were divided, according to adverse events occurrence, into event group and control group. The clinical materials were retrospectively analyzed in 2 groups. The risk factors affecting prognosis in patients with late ISR were discussed by using COX regression analysis. Results Among 185 patients, there were 179(96.8%)followed up completely, and there were 6 patients(3.2%)missed.There were 60 cases(32.4%)with adverse events during follow-up period. The percentages of advanced age(>75)and hypertension had statistical difference(P<0.05),and peak level of cardiac troponin I(cTnI)and N-terminal pro-brain natriuretic peptide(NT-proBNP)had statistical difference(P<0.05)between 2 groups. The results of COX regression analysis showed that advanced age(>75)and peak level of NT-proBNP during hospitalization were independent risk factors of poor prognosis. Conclusion The incidence rates of long-term adverse events are higher in patients with late ISR.The percentages of advanced age(>75)and hypertension, and levels of cTnI and NT-proBNP are higher in event group. The advanced age(>75)increased peak level of NT-proBNP are risk factors of poor prognosis in patients with late ISR.
