Abstract:Objective To explore the diagnostic value of three-dimensional quantitative coronary angiography(3D-QCA)and Duke Jeopardy Score(DJS)in functional coronary stenosis. Methods Retrospective analysis of coronary angiography images of patients who underwent coronary flow reserve(FFR)examination at Fuwai Huazhong Cardiovascular Hospital from July 2018 to July 2021.Measure the anatomical parameters of the diseased coronary artery through 3D-QCA and evaluate the myocardial mass downstream of the diseased coronary artery through DJS.When FFR≤0.80,it is considered that coronary stenosis has functional significance. Results The study finally enrolled 141 vessels and 118 patients. The results showed that the AUC values of DS%3D-QCA,AS%3D-QCA,MLD3D-QCA MLA3D-QCA were 0.796,0.781,0.790,and 0.784,respectively.The AUC values of DJS/MLD3D-QCA and DJS/MLA3D-QCA were 0.804 and 0.809,respectively.After the DeLong test,it was found that there was no significant difference in the AUC value between the above parameters. Conclusion DS%3D-QCA,AS%3D-QCA,MLD3D-QCA,and MLA3D-QCA all have a specific diagnostic value for coronary artery functional stenosis. In the meantime, compared with individual anatomical parameters, the AUC values of DJS/MLD3D-QCA and DJS/MLA3D-QCA in diagnosing functional coronary stenosis showed an increasing trend.Still, the above differences did not reach statistical significance.
