Abstract:Objective To investigate the relationship among serum GATA binding protein 4(GATA4),microRNA-195-5p(miR-195-5p)and in-stent restenosis(ISR)in patients with acute coronary syndrome(ACS)after percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI).Methods The patients with non-ST-segment elevation acute coronary syndromes(NSTE-ACS,n=182)undergone PCI were chosen from Heze Municipal Hospital from Jan.2018 to Jan.2021,and they were divided into ISR group(n=40)and non-ISR group(n=142).The levels of miR-195-5p and GATA4 mRNA were detected by using real-time fluorescence quantitative polymerase chain reaction(RT-qPCR).The correlation between GATA4 and miR-195-5p was analyzed by using Pearson method. The diagnosis value of GATA4 and miR-195-5p to ISR was reviewed by using ROC curve analysis. The risk factors of ISR in ACS patients after PCI were analyzed by using Logistic regression analysis. Results The levels of low-density lipoprotein-cholesterol(LDL-C)and GATA4 mRNA were higher(P<0.05)and miR-195-5p level was lower(P<0.05)in ISR group than those in non-ISR group. The results of Pearson analysis showed that GATA4 was negatively correlated to miR-195-5p in ACS patients with ISR(P<0.05).The results of Logistic regression analysis showed that LDL-C(OR=1.655,95%CI:1.105~2.478,P=0.014)and miR-195-5p(OR=1.702,95%CI:1.191~2.432,P=0.003)were risk factors of ISR(P<0.05),and GATA4(OR=0.528,95%CI:0.362~0.769,P=0.528)was a protective factor of ISR(P<0.05)in ACS patients after PCI.The results of ROC curve analysis showed that AUC of miR-195-5p was 0.902 and AUC of GATA4 was 0.846,and AUC of miR-195-5p combined with GATA4 was 0.959 in predicting ISR in ACS patients after PCI.Conclusion The level of miR-195-5p is down-regulated and level of GATA4 mRNA is up-regulated,and they have predictive value to ISR in ACS patients after PCI.
