Abstract:Objective To discuss the occurrence and influence factors of adverse psychological status after percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI)for acute coronary syndrome(ACS).Methods ACS patients(n=133)received PCI were chosen from Department of Cardiovascular Medicine in Fenyang Hospital of Shanxi Province from Jan.2020 to Jan.2022.All patients were divided, according to occurrence of adverse psychological status, into adverse group[n=44,scores of Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD)≥7]and control group(n=89,HAMD scores<7).The clinical materials were collected, and risk factors of adverse psychological status were analyzed in 2 groups. Results Of 133 patients, there were 44(33.08%)with adverse psychological status, and main symptoms including black mood, chest tightness, palpitation and lack of enthusiasm for treatment, and among them, there were 26(59.09%)with mild or moderate depression and 18(40.91%)with severe depression. The results of single-factor analysis showed that the differences in gender, age, place of residence, smoking, left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF),systolic blood pressure(SBP),diastolic blood pressure(DBP),fasting plasma glucose(FPG),total cholesterol(TC)and triglyceride(TG)had no statistical significance between 2 groups(P>0.05),and differences in education level, living alone, annual income and number of lesion vessels had statistical significance between 2 groups(P<0.05).The results of multi-factor non-conditional Logistic analysis showed that education level, living alone, annual income and number of lesion vessels were independent risk factors of adverse psychological status in ACS patients after PCI(P<0.05).Conclusion Education level, living alone, annual income and number of lesion vessels were independent risk factors of adverse psychological status in ACS patients after PCI,so above mentioned risk factors should be intervened in clinical practice.
