Abstract:Objective To discuss the correlation between number of patients with acute myocardial infarction(AMI)and meteorological elements in Beijing. Methods The materials were collected from AMI patients in emergency departments of all hospitals in Beijing from Jan.20,2015 to Jan.19,2019.The correlation between AMI occurrence and meteorological elements was studied by using Logistic regression analysis. Results There were totally 38 134 AMI patients included in this study. The results of single-factor analysis showed that there was a correlation between all meteorological elements and AMI.The results of multi-factor analysis showed that average week speed(OR=0.951,95%CI:0.929~0.973)and average air temperature(OR=0.993,95%CI:0.990~0.996)were negatively correlated to AMI incidence. The results of subgroup analysis and lag analysis were similar to those of multi-factor analysis. Conclusion The average week speed and average air temperature may be the independent risk factors of AMI,and low week speed and low temperature are correlated to AMI incidence.
