Abstract:Objective To discuss the clinical efficacy of failure mode and effect analysis(FMEA)in patients with malignant arrhythmia during transport. Methods The patients with malignant arrhythmia(n=60)were chosen from Jingdong Medical Area of Chinese PLA General Hospital from June 2020 to June 2022,and all patients were randomly divided into control group and test group(each n=30).The control group was given routine transport method, and test group was given FMEA mode. The incidence rates of adverse events and degree of satisfaction of patients and receiving departments were compared between 2 groups. Results The incidence rates of adverse events were 10.0%in test group and 43.3%in control group(P<0.05),and degree of satisfaction of patients and receiving departments was higher in test group than that in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The mode of FMEA can reduce the occurrence of adverse events and transport risk, and ensure patients'life safety.
