Abstract:explore the research situation, hotspots and dynamic frontiers of cardiorenal syndrome (CRS) in cardiovascular field for nearly 15 years through the measurement, co-cited and visual analysis of related literature in this field. Methods The annual development, discipline distribution, country/institutional distribution, journal distribution, author distribution and keywords of related researches on CRS in cardiovascular field were analyzed taking Web of Science Core Collection database as a data source by applying CiteSpace V visual analysis software. Results There were totally 565 SCI papers. The annual publication is mainly based on an upward trend, and literature type is mainly periodicals. The research topics are related to urinary and respiratory diseases besides of cardiovascular diseases. The most productive country and institution were the United States and San Bortolo Hospital, and the journal with the highest paper loading is Cardiorenal Medicine. The journal with the highest citation frequency was J AMCC, and the author with the highest number of publications and the highest number of citations was Ronco C. Conclusion The research hotspots in this field are mainly relative researches on pathogenesis, major clinical medicine treatment and main biological markers, and research frontiers are disease correlation, disease risk assessment and inflammatory responses. The analysis results will provide a new perspective for researchers to conduct related projects in the future, and guidelines for them to find potential partners and research cooperation institutions.
