Abstract:observe the short-term and mid-term curative effect and safety of therapy for congenital heart disease (CHD) combined with one-stop procedure of left atrial appendage occlusion (LAAO). Methods The patients with CHD complicated by non-valvular atrial fibrillation (NVAF) were chosen according to inclusion and exclusion criteria from Department of Structural Heart Disease in the First Affiliated Hospital of Xi’ an Jiaotong University from June 2014 to June 2018. The therapy for CHD combined with one-stop procedure of LAAO was performed under general anesthesia and mediated by transesophageal echocardiogram. The incidence of operative complications was observed by following up. Results There were totally 26 patients chosen. There was a residual shunt of 3 mm around occluder observed in 1 case immediately after the procedure and after released, and there was still a residual shunt from 2 mm to 3 mm during post-procedure follow-up. There was no residual shunt observed in other patients. During follow-up period, the shape and position of occluder were good, and there were no thrombosis on occluder surface, pericardial tamponade, new-attacked stroke, thrombembolia and bleeding-related complications in all patients. Conclusion The therapy for CHD combined with one-stop procedure of LAAO is safe, effective and feasibility.
