Abstract:ALL of Us Research Program is one of the projects supported by the National Institutes of Health (NIH) and is an important part of the precision medicine program. The project aims to identify the differences in physical, environmental, and behavioral differences between individuals by recruiting one million or more volunteers living in the United States to find connections with different health outcomes, enabling precision medicine to reach all diseases. The project was officially opened to the United States in May 2018. The data is divided into public data and post-registrationwhich is expected to be available in the winter of 2019. This article will introduce the research background, website architecture and data acquisition methods of the ALL of Us project.
