Abstract:Objective To discuss the curative effect of positive psychological nursing in patients with acute coronary syndrome (ACS). Methods ACS patients (n=140) were chosen from Qingdao Municipal Hospital from Jan. 2017 to Oct. 2018, and then divided sequentially into control group and observation group (each n=70). The control group was given routine cardiologic nursing, and observation group was additionally given positive psychological nursing. The scores of compliance behaviors and incidence of major adverse cardiovascular events (MACE) were compared between 2 groups. The scores of General Well-being Schedule (GWB), General Self-efficacy Scale (GSES), Mishel Disease Uncertainty Scale (MUIS), Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI), Self-rating Anxiety Scale (SAS), and Self-rating Depression Scale (SDS) were reviewed before and after nursing. Results MACE incidence was lower in observation group than that in control group (P>0.05). After nursing, the scores of compliance behaviors, GWB and GSES were significantly higher, and scores of MUIS, PSQI, SAS and SDS were significantly lower in observation group than those in control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Positive psychological nursing can promote self-efficacy and well-being, reduce uncertainty of disease, and improve mental state, sleep quality and compliance behaviors in ACS patients.
