Abstract:Objective To study the of application effect of continuous nursing mode in patients with cardiac bypass surgery and its influence on postoperative rehabilitation. Methods The patients (n=60) were chosen from Jan. 2017 to Sept 2018. All patients were divided, according to simple random digital table, into observation group (n=32) and control group (n=28), and the control group was given routine nursing intervention and observation group was given continuous nursing mode. The postoperative rehabilitation indicators (the first exhaust time, the first defecation time and length of hospital stay), scores of SAS and SDS, quality of life (QOL) and incidence of complications were observed in 2 groups. Results After treatment the first exhaust time, the first defecation time and length of hospital stay were all lower in observation group than those in control group [(23.06±4.10) h vs. (40.52±6.39) h, (49.23±4.07) h vs. (71.30±9.51) h, (8.60±0.72) h vs. (13.64±1.60) h, P<0.05]. The scores of SAS and SDS were all significantly lower in observation group than those in control group [(40.32±3.19) vs. (45.76 ±4.63), (42.64±3.08) vs. (48.13±4.21), P<0.05]. The scores of physical function, psychological function, living habits and social function were all significantly lower in observation group than those in control group [(87.63± 5.34) vs. (79.42±4.15), (92.41±3.64) vs. (79.19±2.50), (93.09±11.43) vs. (86.32±9.46), (91.38±4.73) vs. (76.90±2.69), P<0.05]. The incidence of complications was significantly lower in observation group than that in control group [15.63% (5/32) vs. 53.57% (15/28), P<0.05]. Conclusion Continuous nursing mode has significant clinical application effect in patients with cardiac bypass surgery, and can relieve their unhealthy emotions, guide correct cognition, improve treatment compliance and reduce postoperative complications. It is propitious to early rehabilitation exercise and can promote curative effect.
