Abstract:Objective To investigate the influence of sevoflurane combined with propofol anesthesia on postoperative hemodynamics and level of N-terminal pro-brain natriuretic peptide (NT-proBNP) in patients with coronary heart disease (CHD). Methods CHD patients (n=100) were chosen from Aerospace Center Hospital from May 2016 to May 2018, and divided randomly into observation group (n=51) and control group (n=49). The control group was given propofol for anesthesia and observation was given sevoflurane combined with propofol. The anesthetic effect, and heart (HR), systolic blood pressure (SBP), NT-proBNP level and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between 2 groups at different time points-before operation (T0), after anesthesia (T1), 15 min before extubation (T2), 15 min after extubation (T3) and 2 h after extubation (T4). Results The excellent and good rates of anesthesia were 98.04% in observation group and 77.55% in control group (P<0.05). The levels of HR and SBP had no significant difference between 2 groups at T0. The level of HR increased significantly in 2 groups at T1, T2, T3 and T4, and was lower in observation group than that in control group (P<0.05). The level of SBP decreased significantly at T1 and T2 and it was higher in observation group than that in control group, and level of SBP increased at T3 and T4 and it was lower in observation group than that in control group (P<0.05). The level of NT-proBNP had no significant difference between 2 groups at T0. The level of NT-proBNP increased significantly at T1, T2, T3 and T4, and it was lower in observation group than that in control group (P<0.05). The total incidence of adverse reactions was 3.92% in observation group and 20.41% in control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The anesthetic effect of sevoflurane combined with propofol is significant in CHD patients undergone surgery, which can effectively improve hemodynamics and NT-proBNP level with higher safety.
