Abstract:Objective To investigate the changes of serum apolipoprotein B (ApoB) / apolipoprotein A-1(ApoA-1) (ApoB/A-1) and serum homocysteine (Hcy) levels in patients with coronary heart disease and their clinical significance. Methods 150 patients with coronary heart disease admitted to the department of internal medicine-cardiovascular of Beijing Ditan Hospital, Capital Medical University from January 2016 to January 2018 were selected as the observation group, and 50 healthy people in the same period were selected as the control group. The levels of ApoB, ApoA-1, and Hcy were measured by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA), and the ratio of ApoB to A-1 was calculated. Patients in the observation group were divided into three groups according to Gensini score. Logistic multivariate analysis was used to analyze the relationship between serum ApoB/A-1 ratio, Hcy and coronary heart disease. Results ApoB/A-1, Hcy levels in mild, moderate and severe coronary lesions group was higher than those in the control group. The levels of ApoB/A-1, Hcy increased with the increase of Gensini score (P<0.05). Pearson test showed that ApoB/A-1 and Hcy levels were positively correlated with Gensini score. Multivariate analysis of logistic showed that ApoB/A-1 and Hcy were independent risk factors for coronary heart disease. Conclusion The serum ApoB/A-1 ratio and Hcy level in patients with coronary heart disease increase with the severity of coronary artery disease, which are independent risk factors of coronary heart disease.
