Abstract:Objective To investigate the effect of heart rate fluctuation amplitude in coronary artery CT imaging on image quality of coronary artery reconstruction by coronary artery motion tracking (SSF) algorithm. Methods A total of 284 patients who underwent CT scan from July 2015 to July 2017 were selected as subjects. Patients were grouped according to heart rate fluctuations. Patients with heart rate fluctuations of 3-5 times/min were observed group A, and patients with heart rate fluctuations of 6-8 times/min were observed group B. Patients with a heart rate fluctuation of 2 beats/min or no significant heart rate fluctuations were included in the control group. The image quality of different coronary artery segments in the observation group was compared. Results There was no significant difference between the observation group A with the control group in the excellent and good rate (P>0.05). The excellent and good rate of the observation group B was significantly different from that of the control group (P<0.05). The excellent and good rate of right coronary artery image quality is lower than that of left coronary artery image quality. Conclusion SSF can improve the quality of coronary CT images.
