Abstract:Objective To evaluate the application of evidence-based medicine (EBM) and problem-based learning (PBL) teaching mode in postgraduate education. Methods First, determine the principles of inclusion of the original article, and formulate a retrieval strategy; Then, we searched the CNKI, CBM, VIP, PubMed, WOS, EMBASE databases, with the theme of exploring graduate teaching. The experimental group intervention was EBM+PBL, and the control group was the study-learning (LBL) literature. The search time limit was built until 2018.9.7. Using the Cochrane system's bias risk assessment tool to assess the risk of bias in an article, and Meta analysis was performed using RevMan 5.3 software. Results Twelve research papers were included, with a total of 709 subjects, including 358 in the experimental group (EBM+PBL group) and 351 in the control group (LBL group). Meta-analysis showed that the experimental group and the control group had a comparison of the theoretical test scores, and WMD was 6.08, 95%CI:3.30~8.86, P<0.0001. Compared with the LBL group, the theoretical test scores of the EBM+PBL group were higher; The scores of the clinical skills examinations of the two groups were compared, WMD=9.56, 95%CI:7.52~11.60, P<0.0001. The clinical skills assessment of the EBM+PBL group was higher; Two groups of questionnaires were used to enhance the clinical analysis ability. The risk ratio (RR)=1.32, 95%CI:0.9~1.95, P=0.03. Compared with the LBL group, the EBM+PBL group is more able to improve the clinical analysis ability of students. Conclusion From the results of the theoretical examination and clinical skills assessment, the teaching effect of EBM+PBL is better than LBL; At the same time, EBM+PBL can enhance the clinical analysis ability of students., the problem-based learning method combined with evidence-based medical thinking can be introduced to graduate students Teaching.
