Abstract:Objective To investigate the influence of fine nursing on treatment compliance and negative emotions in patients with complex coronary lesions after percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI). Methods The patients undergone PCI (n=100) were chosen from Department of Cardiology in Seventh Medical Center of Chinese PLA General Hospital from Jan. 2018 to June 2018, and divided randomly into control group and observation group (each n=50). The control group was given routine nursing and observation group was given fine nursing. The treatment compliance, negative emotions and degree of satisfaction to nursing service were compared between 2 groups after the patients were discharged for 3 months. Results The treatment compliance and degree of satisfaction to nursing service were significantly superior in observation group to those in control group, and scores of SAS and SDS were significantly lower in observation group than those in control group (all P<0.05). Conclusion Fine nursing is conducive for decreasing patients’ negative emotions, increasing treatment compliance and improving degree of satisfaction to nursing service.
