Oncomine database application and the method of genetic information mining

Abstract：In recent years, proteomics, transcriptomics and high-throughput sequencing technologies have developed rapidly, generating a large amount of genomics data in the field of cancer research. The Oncomine database is currently the world's largest oncology chip database, and an integrated data mining platform for mining cancer gene information. Oncomine database can analyze the expression difference of a target gene in tumor tissues and normal tissues, obtain a series of important clinical information such as tumor size, metastasis, survival time and its high-performance analysis ability and large-scale storage sample guarantee analysis. The result is extremely high quality and great reference value. The Oncomine database is open to researchers. This article aims to introduce the application method of the database and the method of genetic information mining.
