Abstract:To discuss the effect of prospective nursing intervention on acute myocardial infarction (AMI). Methods AMI patients (n=78) were chosen from Beijing Shijitan Hospital affiliated to Capital University of Medical Sciences from Jan. 2016 to Jan. 2017, and then divided, according to different nursing interventional modes, into test group and control group (each n=39). The test group was given prospective nursing intervention and control group was given routine nursing intervention. The degree of satisfaction to nursing service, scores of self-rating depressive scale (SDS), self-rating anxiety scale (SAS) and rating scale of quality of life (QOL), emergency time, length of hospital stay and incidence of complications were compared between 2 groups. Results The degree of satisfaction to nursing service was significantly higher in test group than that in control group (P<0.05). The scores of SDS and SAS were significantly lower in test group than those in control group (P<0.05). The scores and total score of body, psychology, society and physical items in rating scale of QOL were all significantly higher in test group than those in control group (P<0.05). The emergency time, time of electrocardiogram and length of hospital stay were all lower in test group than those in control group (P<0.05). The incidence of complications including heart failure, shock, chest pain and arrhythmia were significantly lower in test group than those in control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The prospective nursing applied for AMI treatment can improve QOL and psychological status, and reduce the incidence of complications in AMI patients.
