Abstract:To investigate the relationship between QRS scores and the severity and prognosis of patients with ST-segment elevation myocardial infarction (STEMI). Methods A total of 113 patients with STEMI who were treated in Henan Chest Hospital from January 2015 to October 2017 were selected. The patients were divided into: QRS scores≤3 groups of 69 patients, QRS based on the patient's ECG QRS scores. There are 44 cases with points>3 groups. Statistical comparisons were made between the general data and clinical diagnostic data of the two groups of patients. The two groups of patients were followed up for 6 months, and the incidence of adverse cardiovascular events was compared between the two groups. The correlation between QRS scores and clinical diagnostic indicators was analyzed. Results Gensini score, cardiac function classification, troponin I(c Tn I), B type natriuretic peptide (BNP), D-two polymer (D-D), and creatine kinase isoenzyme (CK-MB) in QRS score>3 groups were all higher than those of QRS integral<3. The difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The incidence of cardiovascular adverse events in the QRS score>3 group was 38.64% (17/44), and 14.49% (10/69) was higher than that of the QRS score (3), and the difference between the groups was statistically significant (P<0.05). The Pearson test showed that the QRS score of patients with STEMI was positively correlated with the patients' coronary artery disease count, Gensini score, c Tn I, BNP, D-D,CK-MB (P<0.05). Conclusions The QRS score of ECG is closely related to the degree of lesion and prognosis in STEMI patients. The monitoring of ECS QRS score will help to judge the degree of disease and prognosis of patients, and has important clinical application value.
