Abstract:Objective To explore the clinical effects of sacrubitril/valsartan on the treatment of chronic heart failure. Methods 34 patients with chronic heart failure hospitalizing in the heart center of People's hospital of Liaoning Province from October 2017 to February 2018 were selected and randomly divided into the observation group and control group, with 17 patients in each group. In the observation group, sacrubitril /valsartan was added to the general treatment, and valsartan was added to the control group. The levels of NT-ProBNP, clinical efficacy and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results ①Before treatment, the serum NT-ProBNP level was (10356.94±5447.68) pg/ml, and the control group was (9518.17±5905.17) pg/ml. There was no significant difference between the two groups (P>0.05). After treatment, the study group was (3881.59±506.36) pg/mL, and the control group was (6278.35±641.05) pg/ml. There was a significant difference between the two groups (P<0.05). There was a significant difference (P<0.05). ②The total effective rate of the observation group was 88.24%, and the total effective rate of the control group was 70.59%. The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P<0.05), and the difference was statistically significant. The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 11.76%, and the incidence of adverse reactions in the control group was 23.53%. The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P<0.05), and the difference was statistically significant. Conclusions Sacrubitril/valsartan is effective in the treatment of chronic heart failure with high safety and is recommended.
