Abstract:Objective To determine the relationship between infarct-related artery and reperfusion arrythmias (RA) in acute myocardial infarction (AMI) patients after emergency percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI). Methods Between January 2013 and June 2016, 179 inpatients diagnosed with AMI and emergency PCI in the Department of Cardiology, First Hospital of Zhangjiakou City, were enrolled. According to the distribution of infarct-related arteries, they were divided into three groups: the left anterior descending (LAD) group. The left circumflex artery (LCX) group, the right coronary artery (RCA) group, and the data of RA after surgery were analyzed. Results RA was present in 85 of 179 patients. There were significant differences between non-RA patients and RA patients with respect to age, gender (male), blood glucose, smoking, alcohol consumption, history of diabetes, history of hypertension, fasting blood glucose, creatinine, total cholesterol, and serum potassium levels (P<0.05). There were 42 cases of LAD, 12 cases of LCX and 31 cases of RCA. The incidence of tachyarrhythmia in LAD group was higher than that in RCA group (P<0.05); the incidence of slow arrhythmia in RCA group was higher than that in LAD group (P<0.05); 56 cases of arrhythmia occurred in less than 6 hours after infarct-related artery opening time ( 64.37%), and 24 cases (26.09%) of RA occurred more than 6 hours; RA mainly occurred in early infarction-related arteries after AMI. Conclusions The incidence of RA after AMI emergency PCI is high, and the type of arrhythmia is related to infarct-related arteries, and its incidence is related to reperfusion time.
