Abstract:Objective To explore the relationship between the QRS complex time limit and coronary artery disease in patients with coronary heart disease. Methods A total of 124 patients with coronary heart disease were enrolled in the Department of Cardiology, Ankang Central Hospital from February 2016 to October 2017. These included 21 patients with stable angina (SAP), 34 patients with unstable myocardial infarction (UAP), 40 patients with acute non-ST-segment elevation myocardial infarction (NSTEMI), and 29 patients with acute ST-segment elevation myocardial infarction (STEMI) patients. All patients were given 12 simultaneous lead ECG and echocardiography. Results The QRS complex time limit of >100 ms in NSTEMI and STEMI patients was 40.00% and 41.38%, respectively, which was significantly higher than that in SAP and UAP patients (P<0.05). The proportion of male patients with coronary heart disease QRS complex time limit >100ms was 71.79%, which was significantly higher than that of QRS complex time limit ≤100 ms (P<0.05). The left ventricular end-diastolic diameter (LVEDD) and Gensini scores of patients with coronary heart disease with QRS group duration >100 ms were (51.90±7.20) mm and (81.24±31.11), respectively, which were significantly higher than those with QRS complex time limit ≤100 ms (P<0.05), but the left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF) was (49.87±8.10)%, which was significantly lower than that of the QRS group with a time limit of ≤100 ms (P<0.05). There was no significant difference in the proportion of coronary artery lesions between patients with different QRS complex time in coronary heart disease (P>0.05). Conclusion The QRS complex time limit may be related to the LVEDD, LVEF and Gensini scores and gender in patients with coronary heart disease. In the case of myocardial infarction, the probability of prolonging the QRS complex is higher.
