Abstract:Objective Meta-analysis was used to evaluate the effect of early rehabilitation care on improving the outcome of postoperative percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI) in patients with acute myocardial infarction. Methods PubMed, Cochrane Library, EMbase, CBM, Wanfang data and CNKI were retrieved by computer. The time range of the search was from database establishment to June 2018. To search for the related clinical observational control study on the effect of early rehabilitation nursing on patients with acute myocardial infarction after PCI, meta-analysis was carried out with Revman 5.3 software. Results Seven clinical observational control studies were included, with a total sample size of 594 cases. Meta-analysis results showed that, compared with the control group, the incidence of puncture point bleeding (OR=0.35, 95%CI: 0.15~0.79, P=0.01), soreness of waist and back (OR=0.15, 95%CI: 0.09~0.15, P<0.00001), and anxiety (OR=0.18, 95%CI: 0.11~0.30, P<0.00001) in the experimental group were decreased significantly. MAP was significantly decreased (MD=-0.510, 95%CI:-7.27~-2.93, P<0.00001). The hospitalization time was significantly shortened (MD=-2.61, 95%CI: -3.30~-1.92). Conclusion Early rehabilitation nursing can help patients with acute myocardial infarction recover their heart function, reduce the occurrence of postoperative adverse reactions, and reduce the length of hospital stay on the basis of improving postoperative comfort. It is worthy of further promotion and research.
