Abstract:The TARGET(Therapeutically Applicable Research To Generate Effective Treatments) database is a database of pediatric tumors that seeks to use molecular phylogenetic methods to determine molecular changes in the development and progression of refractory childhood cancers, with the aim of using data to help guide the development of effective, less toxic therapies. Managed by NCI's Office of Cancer Genomics and Cancer Therapy Evaluation Program, the TARGET database is authoritative and more targeted, and generates useful drug targets and prognostic markers for researchers through data analysis to enable development and Apply new and more effective treatment options. This article gives a detailed introduction to the TARGET database and can obtain the download method of TARGET data through this article, for researchers to conduct more in-depth research on childhood tumors, and provide more targeted evidence-based evidence for the diagnosis and treatment of pediatric tumors.
