Abstract:Objective To study the relationship between serum non-high density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C), atherosclerosis index (AI) and severity of coronary artery stenosis in patients with coronary atherosclerotic heart disease (CHD). Methods 347 patients with suspected coronary heart disease who were admitted to the Department of Cardiology of Benxi Central Hospital from February 2014 to February 2016 were selected as subjects. According to the results of coronary angiography, patients were divided into control group (coronary angiography excluded crown) Patients with heart disease) (n=151) and coronary heart disease group (n=196). Collecting fasting venous blood samples to detect serum total cholesterol (TC), triglyceride (TG), low density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C), HDL-C, and calculating non-HDL-C and AI. The Gensini score was used to assess the degree of coronary artery stenosis and to analyze the correlation of the above indicators. Results The level of HDL-C in CHD group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P<0.05), and the TC, LDL-C, non-HDL-C and AI in CHD group was significantly higher than those in the control group (all P<0.05). The Gensini score was negatively correlated with HDL-C in CHD patients, and Gensini score was positively correlated with non-HDL-C, AI, TC, TG and LDL-C. Conclusion The degree of coronary stenosis in patients with coronary heart disease is positively correlated with non-HDL-C and AI. Clinically, the above indicators should be combined with single blood lipid index to better evaluate coronary lesions, which is important for the prevention and control of coronary heart disease. significance.
