Abstract：The formulation for a standard protocol of animal intervention studies is an important method to promote the quality of systematic reviews of animal studies before officially started. We aimed to introduction and interpretation the SYRCLE systematic reviews protocol for animal intervention studies and to provide methodological help for domestic researchers who are interested in performing a systematic review.
