Abstract:Objective To investigate the clinical effect of trimetazidine combined with salvia miltiorrhiza ligustrazine injection on (contrast-induced nephropathy, CIN) in patients with unstable angina pectoris (UAP).Method From June 2016 to June 2017, 135 patients diagnosed as UAP in the first affiliated Hospital of Guangxi Medical University were selected as study subjects.135 patients were randomly divided into the control group (n=34), trimetazidine group (n=33), ligustrazine group (n=33) and trimetazidine combined with ligustrazine group (n=35).All patients underwent coronary angiography (CAG) or percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI).Among them, the control group was treated with standard hydration, the trimetazidine group was treated with trimetazidine on the basis of the control group (20 mg trimetazidine was given orally within 48 hours before operation, three times a day, until the third day after operation), the ligustrazine group was given 0.9%normal saline 250 ml combined with salvia miltiorrhiza10 ml intravenously once a day from 48 hours before operation to the third day after operation), while the combined with group was given the treatment of trimetazidine group combined with Ligustrazine group. The serum creatinine and estimated glomerular filtration rate (eGFR) of four groups were observed before and 24 h, 48 h and 72 h after operation.Meanwhile, the incidence of major adverse cardiovascular events (MACE) in four groups after 30 days and6 months were compared.Result There was no significant difference in serum creatinine and eGFR between the four groups before operation. The serum creatinine of 24 h, 48 h and 72 h after operation in the Trimetazine group and the ligustrazine group were significantly lower than that of the control group (P<0.05), but there was no significant
