Abstract:Objective To analyze the clinical diagnosis and treatment effect of cardiac rehabilitation therapy in elderly patients with cardiovascular disease and anxiety and depression. Methods 100 elderly patients with cardiovascular disease and anxiety and depression admitted to the Third Hospital of Changsha from January 2016 to May 2017 were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 50 cases in each group. Paroxetine tablets were treated, and the observation group was combined with cardiac rehabilitation on the basis of the control group, and the clinical treatment effects of the two groups were compared. Results There were no significant differences in SAS, SDS scores, N-terminal pro-brain natriuretic peptide (NT-proBNP), left ventricular end-diastolic diameter (LVDd) and other clinical indicators between the two groups (P>0.05). The scores of SAS and SDS were lower than those of the control group (P<0.05). The quality of life scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group (P<0.05). It was significantly better than the control group (P<0.05); the incidence of acute cardiovascular and cerebrovascular events in the observation group was 6%, which was significantly lower than that of the control group 24% (P<0.05). Conclusion Cardiac rehabilitation can effectively improve the anxiety and depression of elderly patients with cardiovascular disease and anxiety and depression, which is beneficial to improve the quality of life of patients, improve the heart function index and blood pressure level, and reduce the incidence of acute cardiovascular and cerebrovascular events.
