Statistical strategy and statistical charts for risk factors analysis in clinical research

Abstract:A risk factor is a factor that increases the likelihood of developing a disease, injury, or bad outcome. Risk factors can be categorized into five aspects:genetic, environmental, demographic, physiological, and behavioral. Risk factors that can be changed are called modifiable risk factors, others are non-modifiable risk factors. Statistical analyses aimed to identify and assess risk factors are called risk factor analysis. This paper aims to provide a summary and real example of statistical strategy and statistical charts related to risk factor analysis in clinical research.
