Abstract：During the REDCap system application process, the API (application programming interface) can quickly establish a clinical research project with the R language program, saving a lot of research time. This paper illustrates the interaction process between the API interface module and the R language program through a large number of multi-center clinical research examples based on the REDCap system. The purpose is to enable the clinical researchers to master the method flexibly. The complicated research process will become simple and easy. Data migration and research statistics will also be more secure and convenient.
