Abstract:Objective To investigate the correlation between serum sLOX-1 level, leptin and coronary slow flow (CSF). Methods Coronary flow rates were documented by TIMI frame count (CTFC). Patients with average CTFC more than 27 was diagnosed coronary slow flow. From 2015.10 to 2017.7, 52 coronary slow flow patients and 52 normal controls without coronary artery stenosis by coronary angiography (CAG) were enrolled. Serum sLOX-1, Leptin were measured and analyzed between the two groups. Logistic regression analysis was used to screen the risk factors of CSF. Results We found that sLOX-1 (258.12±12.48) ng/ml and Leptin (7.34±0.67) μg/L levels was significantly higher in CSF patients than those in controls [sLOX-1 (104.36±10.06) ng/ml and Leptin (3.68± 0.56) μg/L], the difference was statistically significant (P<0.01). Logistic regression analysis showed that serum sLOX-1 ang Leptin were risks of coronary slow flow. Conclusion The levels of serum sLOX-1 ang Leptin were closely related to coronary slow flow and can be used as a predictive indicator of coronary slow flow.
