Abstract：This article introduces the application of REDCap system in polycentric clinical research. On account of the REDCap system data input and storage, it expounds the necessity of data security in the process ofstrengthening the system in web application, and the precautionary measures to protect the security of database and storage process. It provides a method of enhancing the security of Multi-center clinical research database and the storage procedure.
