Abstract:Objective To explore the risk factors of stent restenosis after percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI) in coronary heart disease (CHD) patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM). Methods 150 cases in Zhongshan Torch Development Zone Hospital and The Second Affiliated Hospital of Guangdong Pharmaceutical University from August 2016 to January 2017 were randomly selected into the clinical data. The blood pressure, blood glucose, blood lipid, stent condition, Th1 cell level and Th2 cell level were analyzed by t/x2test. The influencing factors of stent restenosis after PCI was analyzed by Logistic stepwise regression model. Results The systolic blood pressure, pulse pressure, fasting blood glucose, fibrinogen, triglyceride, uric acid, three target lesion diameter, target lesion length and Th1 cells in the restenosis group were higher than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).The diameter of stent and the level of Th2 cells in the restenosis group were lower than those in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Fasting blood glucose (OR=1.925, 95%CI:1.108~3.346), fibrinogen (OR=1.401, 95%CI: 1.034~1.898) and TG (OR=1.338, 95%CI: 1.007~1.777) were the independent risk factors of in stent restenosis after PCI. Conclusion Fasting blood glucose, fibrinogen and TG may increase the risk of stent restenosis after PCI surgery in patients with CHD and T2DM.
