Abstract：The case report form (CRF) is a necessary element of clinical trial which to ensure that the case data records are truthful, normative,and complete,and that to improve the quality of clinical trials. The CRF tends to be online designs. The REDCap (Research Electronic Data Capture) system is a mature and safe online network application system for clinical research and experimental database, which has many advantages in the design of CRF. This article mainly introduces the specific operation methods and precautions of design CRF tables using the REDCap system.
