Abstract：The proposal of clinical practice guidelines is necessary to be developed, complied and implemented for ensuring carrying out successfully the projects in guidelines. The content of the proposal commonly includes objectives, meaning, users, target audience, members of guideline formulating group and methodology for guideline development. Guideline registration is an effective strategy for normalizing guideline development, increasing transparency, avoiding duplication and improving credibility, and it can also promote the dissemination and implementation of guidelines.
